Return Policy
At Darkness Cosmetics, your satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging for verification. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage upon arrival, including change of mind, color preference, or product performance. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us at shop@darknesscosmetics.com within the 24-hour window to initiate a damage claim.
Shipping Policy
Orders from Darkness Cosmetics are processed and shipped within 3–10 business days on average. Shipping times may vary based on destination, carrier, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
All orders will be shipped via the method chosen by the customer during checkout. Once your package has been tendered to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over transit delays, delivery issues, or lost packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for updates or claims once tracking has been issued.
For the best delivery times and tracking reliability, Darkness Cosmetics strongly recommends avoiding USPS and selecting an alternative carrier such as UPS or FedEx whenever possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
