Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. We do not accept returns on any items that have been used.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@darknesscosmetics.com. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or final sale items. Additionally, due to the nature of our products, all beauty and cosmetic items are non-returnable if opened or used.


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 20% restocking fee. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
